We require you to send  your return back by registered post with a tracking number and a signature required on delivery. Once you have posted your item please email  [email protected] and send details of your tracking number. We do not accept liability for goods in transit.

EXCHANGES

If you have chosen a wrong size or embroidery colour for a nightgown for example and wish to exchange, simply return your garment and we will exchange the item. Please note that extra postal charges will be required for your second choice.
