We require you to send your return back by registered post with a tracking number and a signature required on delivery.Once you have posted your item please email [email protected] and send details pf your tracking number. We do not accept liability for goods in transit.
EXCHANGES
If you have chosen a wrong size or embroidery colour for a nightgown for example and wish to exchange,simply return your garment (see the process above) and we will credit your account and exchange the item. Please note that extra postal charges will be required for your second choice.
